About this role :
MATTE Projects is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support our Experiential projects within the Client Services team. This role requires a certified Agile Project Manager who is adept at internal resourcing with the creative team, ensuring optimal workflow and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will serve as a core liaison between the creative and client service teams, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to drive success across branding, identity, experiential activations, and content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resource Management : Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Client Service teams to identify and secure resources for various work streams and deliverables in Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Project Kick-Offs : Lead initial project meetings, establish comprehensive timelines, and define key milestones for each work stream.
- Timeline Development : Maintain project timelines, track progress, and oversee creative reviews with senior creatives, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with internal and external teams to allocate resources effectively, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Post-Project Evaluations : Conduct project retrospectives to assess outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and integrate best practices for future projects.
- Team Collaboration : Cultivate a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, creativity, and effective communication among team members.
- Talent Management : Build a robust network of freelance talent across creative disciplines to supplement our internal resources as needed. Manage and expand our creative internship program.
- Industry Awareness : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and creative production.
Qualifications :
Compensation : $100,000-$140,000 / annual compensation based on experience
