As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth for our company. You will work as an independent contractor, meaning you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and use your own methods for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Conduct meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present our products or services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products or services, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress, sales metrics, and market feedback to the company.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and client needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in food service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in a competitive sales environment.
