Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough from scratch.
- Prepare shredded cheese.
- Prepare ingredients for pizzas, salads, and other menu items, including chopping vegetables.
- Prepare sauces and dressings in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, ensuring that all food is stored and handled safely according to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
- Assist the kitchen team with other tasks as needed during busy periods.
- Follow all food safety regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus but pizzeria is prefered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment independently at times.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
