Now, as we continue to grow, we seek an Investment Introductions Advisor to broaden our access to high-value networks of angel investors, family offices, and other private capital opportunities.
In this role, you will leverage your existing relationships—or cultivate new ones—to introduce Mattermore’s leadership team to potential investors who share our vision. You will also advise us on high-level fundraising strategies and how to best communicate our value proposition to sophisticated investors.
Important Note: This position does not involve the direct solicitation or sale of securities, nor does it require a broker-dealer license. Your core contribution is in making introductions, fostering relationships, and offering strategic fundraising guidance.

- You have an extensive professional network of angel investors, family offices, or other private capital sources.

- You have a knack for narrative-building—you understand what resonates with investors and how to articulate a compelling story.
- You’ve previously held roles in business development, strategic partnerships, investor relations, or executive leadership where connecting capital to opportunity was a key success factor.
- Identify & Introduce: Connect Mattermore’s leadership team with your network of high-value potential investors, including angel investors, family offices, and other private capital.
- Fundraising Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to refine our fundraising approach, including pitch materials, target investor profiles, and messaging strategies.
- Relationship Building: Serve as an ongoing liaison who helps nurture relationships with investor prospects, ensuring they fully appreciate the scope and impact of our AI-driven L&D solutions.
- Market Insights: Provide high-level feedback on market trends, investor sentiments, and capital-raising best practices to help shape Mattermore’s growth roadmap.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Mattermore executives to structure introductory conversations and follow-up engagements effectively.
- Proven Network: Demonstrated ability to open doors to investors (angel, family office, or otherwise).
- Financial Savvy: High-level understanding of startup fundraising processes, deal structures, and investor expectations. (No broker-dealer license required—this role is purely advisory and introductory.)
- Excellent Communication: Skilled at crafting and delivering persuasive narratives for different investor profiles.
- Collaborative Mindset: Willing to partner with our leadership and other internal teams to align investment opportunities with strategic growth plans.
- Integrity & Discretion: Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in sensitive financial discussions.
