Mattern & Craig, an employee-owned Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm, is seeking an experienced Biller/Bookkeeper for our Roanoke, VA office. This position primarily includes expense entry, client billing, and front desk/administrative office tasks.

Required Skills:

• Must be detail oriented
• Good time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Experienced in MS Excel
• Excellent math skills
• Ability to work well with people

Experience:

• 2 years of billing, bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Time & expense billing experience preferred
• Experience in an architectural, engineering or other professional services firm preferred
