Company Description :
Civil litigation firm, primarily serving clients in Prince William, Fairfax, and neighboring counties. Primary focus in plaintiff-side litigation involving personal injury, business disputes, contract actions, and others.
Role Description :
This is a full-time Associate Attorney position at Matthew A. Crist, PLLC. Candidate will be expected to reside in or near Manassas, VA (within reason). While there is flexibility for some remote work, litigation requires substantial in person work, both in office and in Court.
0-5 years of litigation experience will be considered.
Compensation and benefits are flexible with bonus and contingency possibilities.

Minimum Qualifications :
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Virginia (DC and Federal Courts are bonuses).
Previous experience in a law firm is a plus (not necessary).
Strict adherence to Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct is mandatory.
Willingness to learn, work hard, help people, and litigate (actually stand up and argue in Court).
