About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer in Chicago to hire a Maintenance Manager. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and develop a skilled maintenance team while ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing solutions to prevent future breakdowns.
- Maintain ISO standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory management for parts and supplies.
- Collaborate on production needs, assigning priorities and managing workloads.
- Lead fire protection system inspections and routine HVAC calculations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in maintenance leadership, ideally within manufacturing.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, safety management, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and maintenance best practices.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
