We are partnering with a leading global metal manufacturer based in Lexington, Tennessee, to find a Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical skills and be able to troubleshoot and maintain various automated production equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery and equipment (mixers, conveyors, compressors, motors, pumps, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc.
- Repair or replace hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical power components.
- Perform work order repairs, inspections, adjustments, and preventative/predictive maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with production and refrigeration personnel to resolve plant and process issues.
- Use multimeter, ohm meter, and/or megger for troubleshooting.
- Communicate daily with the department manager regarding maintenance updates and activities.
About You:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience with electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
