- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support other administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.
- Request and manage medical records from multiple healthcare facilities.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
