✔ Proactively follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

✔ Handle policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
✔ Work towards monthly sales and retention goals.
✔ Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
✔ Stay updated on State Farm products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
✔ Sales or customer service experience
✔ Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
✔ Excellent communication skills – phone, email, and in-person.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals.
✔ Must be able to pass state licensing exams (if not already licensed).
