Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $6,000 for office branding,
up to $500 monthly marketing bonus, annual bonuses.
An enhanced compensation program that pays 300% in addition to commissions.
This is an opportunity that is designed for experienced business owners, executives, and sales directors. Individuals with a history of sales, operations, and management experience may also be a great candidate for this program.

Responsibilities

Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Staying informed about competing products and services

Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel

Desire to be active in the community and really help people navigate insurance needs

Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations

Salary : $500
