We are a busy and growing law firm seeking a self-motivated, highly organized and professional Legal Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an individual with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively, has excellent attention to detail, is able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage daily office runs including bank deposits and mail.,
- Liaise with our marketing team to coordinate and streamline communication efforts.
- Oversee and review bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and proper record-keeping.
- Communicate with IT support to resolve technical issues and maintain office technology.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Ability to screen potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal or professional office setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
