Job Title: SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE
Reports to: SERVICE MANAGER
Type: NONEXEMPT
Essential Job Duties:
The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.
· Answer incoming phone calls and online enquiries.
· Logging customer details and comments in the appropriate system.
· Schedule appointments and perform follow-ups with customers as required.
· Ask strategic questions to determine which location can best serve the customer.
· Remain professional in all customer interactions and communications.
· Greet and assist customers as needed in the service department.
· Interacting with buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; suggesting trade-ins; asking open-ended questions to understand buying interests.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational and telephone and web training opportunities; exploring opportunities and taking initiative to add value to job requirements.
· Maintains a valid driver’s license with safe driving habits at all time.
· Ability to Adapt in a Process Driven and a Process Changing Environment.
