Job Title: Automotive Shuttle Driver
Reports to: General Manager / Service Manager
Type: Non-Exempt
Essential Job Duties:
- Drive customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired
- Use good judgment and safe driving skills
- Keep a timely shuttle route
- Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles when needed
- Communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
- Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
- Notify dispatcher or service manager of any serving the shuttle vehicle may need, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning and general maintenance
- Maintain a professional appearance
· Participate and keep up to date with on-the-job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.
- Other job duties as assigned
