Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Warranty Coordinator to assist our Service and Warranty Department. This key role involves supporting the sublet & warranty processes, ensuring that all required documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and assist with sublet processing, warranty claims, and related documentation.
Take clear and detailed pictures of damage and service work for warranty purposes.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members via email regarding warranty claims and sublets.
Ensure that all necessary paperwork is filed and tracked accurately for warranty claims.
Maintain an organized record-keeping system for all warranty-related processes.
Assist with any other administrative tasks to support the service department.
Qualifications :
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Logistically driven and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a dealership environment, preferably with warranty claims and processes.
Proficient in email communication and basic office software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Compensation :
Hourly rate : $18–22 per hour, based on experience.
Full-time position with benefits.
