About The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys and managing legal assistants in all stages of litigation matters through trial. The Paralegal should feel comfortable working on litigation cases together with other members of our Team, contacting and coordinating with witnesses, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other requests as needed.
Responsibilities -
Pay is based on experience: typical pay range is $23-$28/hour. We also regularly provide performance-based raises, bi-annual bonuses, overtime, and other opportunities to be compensated above and beyond base pay.

About The Role

Responsibilities -
- Case management (together with our Director of Litigation and attorneys)
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Organize electronic files
- Coordinate with witnesses, opposing counsel, and Judicial Assistants
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in Personal Injury Litigation
- Ability to work overtime
