POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for growing an existing territory by selling to existing customers, uncovering new customers and new markets and channels for the products. This role acts as a mentor to non-senior inside sales representatives. This position covers the Northeastern United States and location is flexible to support this territory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiates a number of telephone calls or appointments per day to existing accounts for the purpose of building business relationships and growing sales, while uncovering new customers and opportunities.
- Works directly with CSR's and regional managers in a unified team approach to uncover opportunities and recognize revenue growth.
- Works with Marketing and the Leadership Team to understand the strategic direction.
- Creates sales presentations unique to the customer or market opportunity.
- Provides pricing and quotes to customers.
- Learns new products and identifies the real features and benefits for the customer at a fast pace. And develop an understanding of the offerings competitive differentiation to provide a value sale to the customers.
- Trains and supports Inside Sales Representatives to further develop their skill level.
- Report all sales activity on Salesforce.com.
- Additional duties as assigned.
