The Coordinator – Marketing creates and delivers marketing ideas and activities, as well as creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messaging is consistent with the overall image of the company, brand, and marketing strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manages and coordinates tradeshow participation in consultation with the sales & marketing teams and manages trade show inventory.
- Research various industry tradeshows and provide tradeshow recommendations.
- Involved in marketing process creation & documentation.
- Creates and / or edits marketing and sales support materials including sales presentations and product / services brochures needed for tradeshows and events.
- Contributes to development of the content marketing strategy and works with the content marketing manager to support.
- Executes messaging and content on all marketing channels, including email and social media.
- Is able to independently draft social media (LinkedIn) content, get it approved and post.
- Updates website to keep all pages including but not limited to events, job openings, blogs and case studies current.
- Develops, manages and analyzes effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Work with agencies to deliver on projects.
- Manages the marketing budget to keep track of spending and ROI.
- Manages involvement with industry associations and organizations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
