Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers to help them find the perfect vehicle.
- Showcase the features of our cars and help customers with the sales process.
- Complete sales applications and assist customers every step of the way.
- Assist management by keeping the lot organized and vehicles properly merchandised.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, especially when handling objections.
- Proven sales track record or a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Competitive spirit, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
- Basic business math skills and the ability to learn sales software.
