Please note this is not a remote position and the individual must be an Arizona resident.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create professionally designed marketing packages implementing deal pertinent information from agent following Matthews brand standard guidelines.
- Communicate with agent regarding overall design, marketing strategy, and marketing goals for listing.
- Manage multiple property marketing campaigns at any given time and maintain critical deadlines.
- Collaborate with pre-production and digital marketing teams to create marketing packages and implement effective digital marketing strategy.
- Review website, email, and social media material to ensure that information is accurate and consistent across all platforms.
- Track progress of email campaigns and provide analytical reports to agents.
- Provide recommendations to agent regarding overall marketing strategy.
