The Coordinator – Marketing Communications supports the Marketing department by producing new marketing content, reporting, and analysis of data for marketing purposes.

The Coordinator – Marketing Communications supports the Marketing department by producing new marketing content, reporting, and analysis of data for marketing purposes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages multiple internal and external marketing projects and deadlines.
- Drafts and edits content for web, marketing collateral, and trade publications as needed.
- Tracks, schedules and measures results from consumer and trade media and advertising.
- Works closely with print shop regarding print deadlines, deliverables and quotes.
- Assists with press releases and media relations activities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 4 years of previous marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
