Our Automotive Service Writer/Advisor will be responsible to greet our customers by phone, on-line or in person to help them with the servicing of their vehicles. You will check in the vehicle gathering all pertinent information about the vehicle and the customers contact information. You will then help the shop coordinate scheduling the service appointment, order parts, quote jobs, distribute work to our knowledgeable automotive technicians, prepare and update customer invoices, and ensure the customer understands the work that was completed and any suggestions for future service that maybe needed soon. This should all result in the goal of ensuring the customer leaves with a vehicle that is road worthy and safe and had a friendly and informative experience where they would not hesitate to refer a friend to our services.
