Blow Mold Mechanic
A manufacturing company in Pleasant Prairie, WI is looking for an experienced Blow Mold Mechanic to join their 3rd shift team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Requirements of the Blow Mold Mechanic
- Plastic extrusion experience
- Mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Direct blow molding experience preferred
- Proficient mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical skills
- Ability to operate Volt/Ohms meter, micrometers, calculator, and be familiar with a variety of tools and equipment
Responsibilities of the Blow Mold Mechanic
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance programs on all equipment within the facility
- Perform daily walk-downs to ensure machines are running at required efficiency and production levels, make mechanical adjustments as required
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical and other issues on all equipment
- Operate, start, and stop all production blow molding and auxiliary equipment in a safe manner
- Assist in machine changeovers, including all downstream equipment
3rd shift, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $34.00 - $37.00 an hour, depending on experience
