Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and manage the administrative side of projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and communication between team members are well-maintained. They will track project progress closely, making sure deliverables are met on time and within budget, and provide regular updates to the division manager.

Requirements of the Project Manager

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and piping
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges before they escalate
• Effective time management abilities to ensure deadlines and project timelines are met
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective coordination with team members and stakeholders

Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Coordinate the allocation of resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, for the job
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Create project timelines, establish milestones, and break down tasks for efficient scheduling
• Provide regular updates on job status, identify any risks, and report progress to the division manager
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, scheduling work and monitoring progress
• Track project expenses and ensure that the project stays within the established budget.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to source necessary equipment and materials for bids, submittals, and projects.

1st shift, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
