Sales Operations Coordinator (ENC)

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations team in providing marketing and transactional support to investment sales and leasing agents while learning the commercial real estate industry. The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist other members on the team with prospecting efforts, pipeline management, drafting property descriptions and investment highlights, creating lease abstracts, coordinating marketing, building out marketing packages, drafting contracts, analyzing data, and collaborate cross-functionally to sustain an efficient sales process. The ideal candidate is motivated and ambitious, excited by new challenges, coachable, possesses a desire to learn, and can keep a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities:

• Update transaction pipeline in the CRM
• Abstract leases and underwrite commercial real estate assets
• Build marketing packages
• Coordinate and provide content for collateral, email blasts, and third-party site postings
• Edit and correct text as it appears in marketing packages to ensure correct property information, grammar and syntax
• Draft listings agreements, LOI’s, leases, and purchase & sale agreements
• Log interested buyers
• Compile due diligence documents
• Maintain relationships and effectively coordinate with multiple points of contact
• Take-on special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 1 year of professional experience or internship in Commercial Real Estate
• Comfortable with concepts of intermediate math
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Passionate about using data as a tool for promoting and monitoring business growth
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to convey complex principles through written and spoken correspondence
• Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts and leases
• Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
• A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects
• Experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
• Pursue real estate license
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Argus, and AIR Forms a plus

Salary Range: $66,560 – $75,000
