What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at Mattingly-Ford Title Services?
Mattingly-Ford Title Services is looking for a shipping clerk to work in our main Louisville office. Mattingly-Ford is a regional title company which focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings. We are a family-oriented business and hope to find a hard-working candidate to add to the family.
As a shipping clerk, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Handling office mail (which includes sending closing packages to lenders);
2. Answering post-closing calls/emails (i.e. calls about a problem from a past closing) and working with one of our attorneys to address any issues;
3. Scanning and uploading completed closing files into our digital server; and
4. Reviewing closing packages to ensure that all signatures are correct and appropriately notarized.
While previous experience in the title industry would be nice, it is not a requirement for this position. We are willing to train the right candidate. Most importantly, we need someone who is organized, diligent, and reliable. Thank you!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
