Ferrari Beverly Hills is seeking a Content Specialist
to lead and execute a dynamic social media strategy that enhances our digital presence and engages high-net-worth individuals, car enthusiasts, and luxury lifestyle audiences.
This part-time, contract-based role requires a results driven professional with a keen eye for compelling content, a strong grasp of social media trends, and the ability to analyze platform performance to optimize engagement. You will play a key role in shaping Ferrari Beverly Hills’ online presence by leveraging social media algorithms, content virality, and audience engagement strategies to elevate the brand’s digital reach.
Key Responsibilities :
Follower Growth Strategy : Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to rapidly grow our follower base across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Content Optimization : Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, and reels) designed to attract and retain followers.Platform Management : Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Ferrari principles.Community Engagement : Build relationships with followers, influencers, and Ferrari enthusiasts by engaging in meaningful conversations and responding to comments and messages.Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance metrics related to follower growth, reach, engagement, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Influencer & Partnership Strategy : Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and automotive content creators to enhance reach and credibility.Trendspotting & Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms to ensure maximum exposure and audience growth.Paid Growth Campaigns : Work with the marketing team to develop and manage paid social media campaigns focused on increasing followers and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills :
1 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content growth (preferably in luxury automotive, high-end lifestyle, or related industries).Proven track record of scaling social media followings organically and through paid strategies.Deep understanding of social media algorithms, engagement best practices, and content virality.Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.Experience with influencer marketing, collaborations, and partnerships.Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.Passion for luxury cars, motorsports, and high-end lifestyle branding is a plus.
