About Us
The camp is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation situated in Humboldt County, 50 miles southwest of Eureka on the beautiful Lost Coast.
The Mattole River runs alongside the camp, which has a 60-year history as a retreat center owned by the Presbytery of the Redwoods.
Job Description
We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Executive Director (ED).
The ED will report to the board of directors and be responsible for overall leadership and management of the organization.
This includes implementing our vision, leading and inspiring staff and volunteers, and fostering a strong camp community and beyond.
The successful candidate should have experience managing a non-profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall business operations, including financial management and facility maintenance.
- Program development, marketing, fundraising, grant writing, and volunteer support.
The ideal candidate should reside close to the camp and we offer a rental option on-site.
A minimum salary of $68,640 applies, with part-time proposals considered.

- Past experience managing a non-profit.
