**Job Title:** Maintenance Operations Supervisor

At Mattr, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team in achieving the overall operational goals of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program and work order system
• Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics and performance indicators
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate and manage CMMS systems and work orders
• Participate in site-wide DMPs and provide input to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication
• Develop and maintain a culture of innovation and creativity within the maintenance team
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Provide support for environmental, health, and safety initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Mattr's strategic objectives
• Participate in site-wide planning and budgeting efforts
• Provide input to management on maintenance-related matters
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
• Represent Mattr at industry events and conferences as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Mattr's products and services
• Collaborate with the HR department to develop and implement employee development programs
• Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and maintain a culture of innovation and creativity within the maintenance team
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or equivalent role
• Proven track record of leadership and mentoring skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and work order management software
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and schedules
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
