Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling practices.
- Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed and ensuring all products are stored correctly.
- Train new staff on bar operations, drink preparation techniques, and customer service protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items ordered from the bar.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and promote responsible drinking.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food management practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in training development for staff is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
