Job Description:
At Mattress Land, the first order of business is to understand what our customer needs to achieve the very best sleep. We provide the most proven, reliable tools and industry-leading training to help our Sales Associates, (Sleep Advisors) coach and guide our customers at the highest level.
Mattress Land is looking to hire and train someone to become an expert Sleep Advisor to help our customers get a better night sleep. Retail mattress and furniture sales along with leadership experience is a plus.
The Basics:
- Help customers get the best bed for their budget
- Sell mattresses, foundations and accessories
- Enter orders and collect payments
- Follow up with both existing customers and prospects to boost sales
- Assist with inventory and upkeep of the store
Pay and Perks:
- Pay is commission bonus with a minimum earnings guarantee of $2,500 per month.
- In 2024, our Sleep Advisors earned an average of $47,000. Our top Sleep Advisor earned over $85,000.

Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Familiarity with POS and CRM platforms a plus
- Must be computer savvy
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients
Work Schedule:
The initial schedule is expected to be Thursday through Monday. Once trained, Full-time Sleep Advisors generally work Saturday through Wednesday. Store hours are 10:00 to 7:00. We work weekends and holidays because that is when our sales associates have the best opportunity to sell.
