Our Sales Associates, or as we like to call them, Sleep Advisors are committed to the BedFIT™ technology. We provide the most proven, reliable tools and industry-leading training to help our Sleep Advisors test products to find an exact match for each customer’s sleep profile.
After the first month of training, you will be an expert Sleep Advisor and can begin to help our customers get a better night sleep.
The basics of the Sales job:
- Help customers get the best bed for their budget
- Sell mattresses, foundations and accessories
- Enter orders and collect payments
- Follow up with both existing customers and prospects to boost sales
- Assist with inventory and upkeep of the store

Sales Associate's Skills, Experience, Abilities:
- Sell products
- Interact and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relations Management (CRM) platforms
- Use a computer to enter orders and look up inventory
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients
- Lift 50 lbs occasionally
Sales Associate's Schedule: Once trained, full-time Sleep Advisors generally work Saturday through Wednesday. Store hours are 10:00 to 7:00. There are 3 stores in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City area. You will be assigned to one store as your home store, but may be asked to cover shifts at the other locations.
Requirements:- 2 years of Sales Experience
- Computer Savvy
- Available and Willing to Work Weekends & Holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
