Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals set by management, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring a smooth running environment to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, excellent leadership skills, and a strong focus on staff training and development.
Sales Process and Strategy Expectations:
- Meet monthly sales goals individually and for the store.
- Oversee performance of Sleep Advisor(s).
- Process in-store sales and assist with Podium chat.
- Complete nightly paperwork and manage bank deposits.
- Assist with merchandising and maintain store cleanliness.
- Review delivery reports and follow up on online sales and post-delivery satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer service issues and approve sales adjustments.
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and delivery reviews.
- Approve comfort/warranty exchanges.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Interview, make hiring recommendations, and train new staff members
- Supervise, train, and mentor Sleep Advisor(s) assigned to the store
- Schedule and assign employees to ensure store coverage for all operating hours
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Pay and Perks
- Commission bonus with a minimum earnings guarantee of $3000 per month.
- In 2024, our Store Managers earned an average of $73K. Our top Store Manger earned over $100,000.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail management role
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff members

- Computer savvy
- Able to use a comprehensive point of sale system
