What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate/Key Holder position at Mattress Outlet?
We are looking for a sales associate. No experience in either management or sales necessary, some of our most successful folks started with us from other industries. We sell mattresses at a lower cost than our competition due to our excellent business model. We have 28 stores in many markets. We have a proprietary line of bedding and the best suppliers in the industry. Everyone needs them and we have the right prices to win the sale. Relaxed atmosphere, as we see maybe 10 customers on a super busy day. Our prices win us the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on walk in basis Training provided
- Answer the telephones during work
- Maintain outstanding store condition
Skills
- Proven successful experience at any job
- Basic math and computer skills

- Organized and can stick with plan
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
