What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Mattress Outlet?
We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store daily store operations. No experience in either management or sales necessary, some of our most successful folks started with us from other industries. We sell mattresses at a lower cost than our competition due to our excellent business model. We have three successful stores in the area and are expanding due to demand in the Tri Cities Area. We are one of the largest mattress retailers in North Carolina and Virginia are opening new outlets. We have proprietary line of bedding and will be successful in this market. Everyone needs them and we have the right prices to win the sale.
Responsibilities
- Execute the business plan.
- Support regional manager and other stores if needed
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards
