About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Sales Consultant to join our team at Mattress Warehouse. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers in finding their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
- Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
- Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
