Client Services Specialist

Mattson Financial Services, LLC, a leading financial services firm in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area is seeking a full time Client Services Representative to join our team. This role provides administrative, client service, and meeting preparation. The Client Services Associate is responsible for extensively supporting the advisor and client base.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:

· Prior Office Administrative Experience (Required)

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)

· Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork (Required)

· High school degree (Required)

· Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)

What You Will Be Responsible For:

· Open, close, & transfer client accounts

· Generate and provide various reports to advisor & assistants

· Complete & process new client applications

· Follow-up on pending business with companies and clients

· Assist advisor with appointment preparation

· Resolve issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments

· Maintain database

· Respond to client inquiries as needed

· Prioritize day to day tasks and issues

· Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients

· Process transactions

· All other duties as assigned

Pay: $48,000 annually Bonus Potential
