We are seeking an experienced Attorney Recruiting Manager to join a dynamic law firm on a temporary basis . Reporting to the Chief Recruiting Officer, this role will oversee the lateral associate recruiting process, working closely with senior partners and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. The position requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lateral Recruiting :
- Manage the lateral associate hiring program, including outreach to candidates and recruiters.
- Oversee the offer and hiring process, including approval workflows, correspondence, background checks, conflicts checks, and reference verification.
- Collaborate with senior partners to address staffing needs across practice areas.
- Review candidate materials, source talent, and identify qualified candidates for interviews.
