Junior Corporate Paralegal
A dynamic law firm in San Fernando Valley is seeking a sharp and motivated Junior Corporate Paralegal to join its team. This full-time, in-office position provides an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal, gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on training to grow their expertise.
Key Qualifications :
- 1–2 years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience.
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Familiarity with corporate formation and transactional processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and a willingness to learn.
