HR Generalist – Law Firm
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support key administrative departments within a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm. This role will work closely with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, policy administration, compensation, recruitment, and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned departments, providing consultation on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair policy enforcement.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support compensation processes, including job description development, market pricing, and promotional analyses.
- Partner with leadership to assess training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies.
- Oversee seamless onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Provide general HR support, responding to inquiries and serving as a liaison between HR and administrative teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; HR or Business Management concentration preferred.
- Experience: 4 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic HR consultation.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
