Marketing Coordinator
📍 Los Angeles | Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite after training)

đź’° $41.20-43.95 hourly (7-hour workday)
We are partnering with a respected global law firm to find a Marketing Coordinator who will support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal marketing, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support RFPs, pitch decks, and proposals with tailored firm materials and experience highlights
- Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and firm profiles
- Draft and assist with submissions for legal awards, rankings, and directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)
- Coordinate firm-hosted and sponsored events: conferences, seminars, receptions, and webinars
- Conduct and synthesize research on markets, industries, clients, and competitors
- Field day-to-day marketing and BD support requests from attorneys and practice groups
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year of marketing/business development experience in an AM Law 200 firm
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce(CRM) and/or Pardot(marketing automation tools) is a plus
- Excellent organization, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
Work Structure
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (5 days onsite during training)
- Regular in-office presence required for collaboration, events, and training
- Core hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility
Salary : $41 - $44
