About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and committed Sr. Eminent domain attorney to join the Litigation Practice group, with a focus on eminent domain. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential. You will work closely with clients, firm partners, and other associates, contributing to a culture of mentorship and teamwork.
This firm offers a hybrid work schedule with a competitive compensation package , a low turnover rate, and a billable hour target of 1850 annually.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to Independently manage a caseload, experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions
- Conducting case assessments, responding to discovery requests, and preparing litigation documents.
- Prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions.
