Construction Superintendent

• Matustik Builders is the premier custom home builder in the Lake Geneva, WI area. Matustik Builders is not just a construction company but rather, a team that puts integrity, commitment and creativity behind every project and we are looking for a full time Residential Construction Superintendent with these same values to join our team.

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay based on final quality inspection of each project and on time delivery.

Experience:

5 years’ experience managing the entire custom home construction process including scheduling, material ordering, quality control, job site safety and owner orientation and final inspection.

License/Certification:

Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Work Location:

Lake Geneva and surrounding area (15-mile radius)

Daily Responsibility:

Responsible to deliver a “Zero Defect” home at time of home closing.

Meeting with Subcontractors Daily and confirming they are adhering to the schedule and specifications.

Confirming all scheduled deliveries

Enforcing the company jobsite policies including parking and no smoking

Scheduling of all projects and enforcing project timeline.

Homeowner interaction and follow up

Schedule and meet on all inspections

Confirming all job sites are left in a broom swept condition daily.
Other duties as assigned.
