Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring visiting guests have a first-class experience from the time they walk in the door by providing a friendly face and inviting showroom environment.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities will be expected for this position :
- Greet and Direct Guests as they arrive
- Maintain a warm and inviting showroom environment.
- Host guests with refreshments and snacks
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct to the correct department
- Manage Guest Lounge
- Assist with all Events and Parties
- Other duties as presented by management
