Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote
SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and placing candidates in contract and direct-hire jobs within MAU’s operations. This is a remote opportunity in the Southeastern US.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of working experience in recruiting or human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition
- Motivated, competitive spirit, driven by goal attainment
- Capacity to work independently with little supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Leader to provide creative recruitment solutions, meeting client hiring needs
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers regarding open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to realign with future needs, wage analyses, and other information needed to launch successful applicant searches
- Perform candidate searches through strategic sourcing methods (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, finding and attracting the desired passive candidates
- Schedule interviews between customers and candidates, as needed
- Prepare candidates for job interviews
- Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
- Present job offers and manage negotiations, as needed
- Utilize MAU’s applicant tracking system to effectively manage the recruiting workflow/process
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in contract and direct hire recruitment
- Meet and/or exceed submittal and placement goals
