Summer Internship - Personal Banker

We are excited to offer a dynamic paid internship for the summer at MCT Bank. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the banking sector. As a Floating Personal Banker, you will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple branches, providing you with a broad view of banking operations and customer service.

Location: Multiple Branches: (Hometown, and West Penn). Weekly Average of hours is between 20 and 20 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist clients with various banking transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of all customer transactions.
• Complete daily balances and transaction reconciliations at the end of each day.
• Adapt to performing both related and unrelated duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and enthusiasm.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Willingness to travel between assigned branches as needed.
• Prior experience in customer service or banking is advantageous but not mandatory.
