Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Delafield, WI. The Human Resources Generalist will handle a variety of HR tasks including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The role involves day-to-day HR management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employee relations and development. The HR Generalist will act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, contribute to HR strategy, and help foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline or PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- 2 years' experience in HR
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and ADP a plus
- Excellent communication skills
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
