What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Mauer GMC?
An experienced service advisor who can handle our fast-paced environment as we typically have over 100 vehicles running through the service drive on any given day. This position will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. We want our customers to be customers for life, so we strive to exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee flow of Service Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

- 2 years of dealership experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must be 18 or over.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
