Position #2: Thursday & Friday, 4/5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m./12:00 a.m., 12-16 hours per week. ($16.00 per hour)
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Position Overview:
Maug Cleaning, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Floating Technician in the Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire area. The Floating Technicians will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch cleaning services by filling in for team members who are off or called in. This dynamic role requires a self-motived individual with exceptional leadership skills, high attention to details, changing environment, adapts well to change, and a commitment to upholding our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Fulfill tasks on cleaning routes effectively.
· Perform cleaning duties to deliver consistent, high quality cleaning services and meet client satisfaction.
· Promote and support company policies, procedures, and standards.
· Adapt to changes and unexpected situations with professionalism.
· Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
· Self-starter with proactive attitude and excellent follow-through.
· Strong multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Enjoy working in the field and driving to different locations in the Chippewa Valley area.
· Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
· Successfully pass a criminal background check.
