Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 5:00 p.m. - 7:30p.m./8:45p.m. (variable end time with longer day on Tuesdays), 14 hours per week (starting pay is $17.00 per hour)

Job Type: Part-Time (14 hours)

Rate of Pay: $17.00

Position Overview:

Maug Cleaning, Inc. is expanding our team and seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position Lead Cleaning Technician in the Durand, WI area. As a Lead Cleaning Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients during night hours in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform thorough cleaning tasks following company standards.

· Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.

· Adhere to company policies, procedure, and cleaning protocols.

· Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

· Stay within the clients allotted time limit, requiring time management skills.

· Willing to travel to Strum, Durand and Mondovi.

General Duties:

· Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen/breakrooms.

· Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.

· Stock paper products and proper supplies.

· Gather and empty trash.

· Dust surfaces in designated areas.

· Cleaning toilets using appropriate cleaning methods.

· Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.

· Ability to learn, use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies with skill and efficiency.

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, twist and perform other motions required to complete the job.

· Continual walking throughout the shift.

· Ability to work independently and cooperate professionally in a team environment.

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

· Pass a criminal background check.
